
As of the 19th of July, restrictions will be easing. What does this mean for us at Little Elephant? Not much at all; the safety of our team and customers will be our highest priority.
Most of our previous Covid-19 procedures will remain in place. We kindly encourage our customers to continue checking with the NHS track & trace and sanitise their hands before coming in. Mobile ordering for table drop off will remain in place, and we will strictly enforce the number of covers we will be able to do to accommodate in the restaurant safely.
There will no longer be a limit to group bookings, as long as it is safe for us to accommodate you in the restaurant. To celebrate the return of group booking, we will be running a special summer promo for bookings of 7 and over. More details to follow soon.
Due to the recent number of last-minute cancellations and no shows, we are very sorry to say that for any bookings from the 19th of July onwards. We will hold onto your card details (through our PCI compliment booking system) when you make your booking with us; you will not pay anything upfront and will only be charged if you do not notify us within the cancellation period.
The minimum cancellation notice period is 6 hours to your reservation. Failure to notify us via email, phone, or WhatsApp will result in a £5 per head charge to your card.
