Due to the recent high volume of no-shows we have been experiencing, we are placed into a difficult situation where we are looking into ways to ensure that we do not have unannounced last-minute cancellations where it would result in us losing tables that could have been available for those who really want to come to dine with us. We apologise for needing to go down this route; however, we hope you understand that we take our customer service very seriously and only want to provide the best service quality to our customers.
You can cancel a reservation online at our website by emailing us at email@example.com, calling the restaurant at 01323 646155, WhatsApp message 07570 535411, or cancelling online through your Resdiary/Quandoo account.
We're committed to providing superior quality services to our customers. To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of customer care, customers are encouraged to cancel any reservations that they will be unable to honour as soon as possible.
No-Shows and Late Cancellation Fees
Due to the number of no shows and late cancellations, we regret to say that we will be storing your card details in our PCI compliant booking system. You will not be charged if you cancel within the minimum notice period of 6 hours before your reservation. Failing to notify the restaurant of your cancellation and not confirm your cancellation to show, we will be charging £5 per head to your card.
