Please familiarise yourself with our booking policy before making your reservation with us.

Booking Policy

Little Elephant is open from Monday – Saturday from 12pm until 10pm (except for Friday and Saturday, in which we will be closing at 10:30pm), our last seating daily is at 9pm. Please note that if you make a reservation at 8:45pm or 9pm, we kindly ask our customers to have placed their order with us by 9:15pm and have everything all together as our kitchen close at 9:30pm.

We can seat up to 32 guests. To ensure that you receive the best level of service from us, and we do ask that once you have secured a reservation at a particular time that you adhere to that time. Please assume that if your reservation is at 8 pm or earlier, there is another reservation booked after yours. Therefore, to ensure fairness, all reservation up to 6 covers will be given a table for 2 hours.

We are open to accepting any group reservations (7 or more) and can seat up to 34 people, so please get in contact with us at eastbourne@lil-elephant.co.uk to discuss.

As we are a small restaurant, any group reservation at any time will require a deposit to be made to reserve and secure the booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill, the deposit amount is £5 per person.

Our ability to increase the number of diners at a party is limited, so please contact us first before turning up with more than what you have booked. Turning up less than what you have booked for without informing us at least 6 hours before can result in losing your deposit.

Cancellation for a group booking must be made 24 hours prior to the reservation date, otherwise, you will lose your deposit.

If you are running late, please call/message us as soon as you can.

Given the limited seating of the restaurant, if we have not heard from you.

We will only be holding onto your table for only 15 minutes.

To ensure fairness to all our customers, if you are running late. The duration of your reservation start counting down from the time you booked and not when you are seated. Therefore, please plan head and arrive on time so that you can get the full and best service from us.
